At Natural Nigerian, your satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please reach out to our Customer Care team at orders@naturalnigerian.com, and we’ll resolve your concern promptly and fairly.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We take great care in packaging your cosmetics to ensure they arrive in its best condition. However, please inspect it immediately and contact us within 48 hrs of delivery with your Order # and photos if your order is damaged upon arrival. Send to orders@naturalnigerian.com. We’ll gladly assist with a resolution.

RETURN POLICY

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on our cosmetics. We are not able to offer refunds, return or exchanges. However, if you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 48hrs of delivery at orders@naturalnigerian.com, and we’ll work to resolve things.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility. 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

To ensure fast processing, orders are prepared shortly after purchase. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once your order has entered fulfillment.
