Shipping policy

We try to process all in-stock orders as quickly as possible. However, it could take 2 to 3 business days depending on the weather and location.

All orders are  been processed and shipped from Monday – Friday 11am-5pm EST (excluding Weekends and Public Holidays).

Orders for in-stock merchandise placed before 11 AM EST Monday - Friday will begin processing within 24hours.

Orders placed after 11 AM EST Monday-Thursday will begin processing the next business day.

Orders placed after 11 AM EST on Friday will begin processing the following business day, Monday. 

All orders to be shipped will be provided with a tracking number and delivery confirmation.

Domestic Shipping
We currently offer domestic shipping for the US and Nigeria.

Local Pick Up
We are unable to offer pick up at this time. 

International Shipping
We ship from the US internationally. Kindly note that the shipping cost to Canada is a flat rate which could be more, and you would be contacted if need be. There is also room for refund if it is lesser. We can also ship internationally from Nigeria. Please write us on orders@naturalnigerian.com to let us know if you want this service.  

Calculating Costs
We do not profit from shipping. Shipping costs are calculated on the website automatically during checkout based on the dimensions and weight of the items you are purchasing.

Incorrect Addresses
It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address when placing an order. If the order is shipped out to an incorrect address, or is sent back to us due to an error in the address, the customer will be liable to pay any additional shipping fees (e.g. if you received Free Shipping, but your order was returned to us, and you do not wish to pay for shipping again, we will refund you for your order, minus the shipping cost).
